Warm and Buttery Lobster Roll (Manhattan Style)

This lobster roll is served warm, dunked in butter, and sandwiched into a toasted bun. The Manhattan style is also called Long Island-style is a toasty twist from the Maine or even Connecticut style lobster rolls.

Ingredients
  

  • lbs Lobster meat cooked
  • ½ lbs Shrimp deveined, halved and cooked
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley minced
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh dill minced
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 buns Brioche
  • cup Butter melted

Instructions
 

Prep

  • Remove meat from cooked lobster, chop any large chunks into bite-sized pieces. Combine the lobster meat, shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, salt and ground black pepper in a sauce pan to heat and mix. Add 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter when mixing.

Cook

  • Brush the bread with the melted butter. Toast the brioche buns and split open.

Serve

  • Fill the toasted buns with the lobster and shrimp mixture. Top with fresh dill and drizzle melted butter.
