This lobster roll is served warm, dunked in butter, and sandwiched into a toasted bun. The Manhattan style is also called Long Island-style is a toasty twist from the Maine or even Connecticut style lobster rolls.

- 1½ lbs Lobster meat cooked
- ½ lbs Shrimp deveined, halved and cooked
- 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley minced
- ½ teaspoon Fresh dill minced
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 4 buns Brioche
- ⅓ cup Butter melted
Prep
Remove meat from cooked lobster, chop any large chunks into bite-sized pieces. Combine the lobster meat, shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, salt and ground black pepper in a sauce pan to heat and mix. Add 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter when mixing.
